Why we built this

The Problem - Scam Calls Impersonating Government Officers

Scammers regularly impersonate government agencies over the phone, using spoofed or random numbers to gain victims' trust before extracting money or personal information. Because no government caller ID looked consistent or verifiable, citizens had no reliable way to tell a genuine government call from an impersonation attempt.

What we've built

Softphone & Landline Calling (Postman Calls)

We built Postman Calls, a platform that lets government officers make outbound calls to the public through either a softphone app or landline call - all displaying a consistent, recognisable government caller ID so citizens can tell genuine government calls apart from scams.

Enhanced Security Features

We implemented two-factor authentication for landline users, alongside call logging and monitoring to protect the integrity of the government caller ID against unauthorised use.
