Why we built this

Paper voucher campaigns took organisers months to launch. Residents had difficulties claiming and using vouchers, while merchants waited weeks for payouts. Other digital solutions existed, but were spread across many complex apps.

Why vouchers?

Vouchers are a form of fiscal support, where the government releases funds to help residents, businesses, and the economy.

What we've built

RedeemSG lets government agencies and non-profit organisations create, issue, and track vouchers across the nation. Citizens use these vouchers, while merchants accept them—all on the same platform.

Inclusive voucher system

Residents can claim vouchers, start spending instantly, and share with loved ones—no mobile app needed. Paper vouchers are also available.

Simplified campaign creation

Onboarded government and non-profit organisations can create campaigns and distribute vouchers in a matter of days.

How do merchants use RedeemSG?

We built RedeemSG with a simple merchant mobile app for any shop, including your favourite heartland shops, to accept vouchers immediately without the technicalities.

The RedeemSG app was tailored to merchant needs, with multilingual support, employee access controls, and little updates needed.

Seamless and timely payments
