TEALS is the new traffic enforcement and licensing system for the Traffic Police. The Licensing workstream covers the testing and licensing process that helps members of public become a qualified driver or convert a foreign licence to a local one — plus what happens afterwards, such as licence suspensions or revocations for traffic violations.
