Why we built this

Without an effective healthcare messaging system, hospitals have to manually alert clinicians of critical test results, risking delays in care. To ensure timely care, they need a better way to deliver results to the right people quickly, reliably, and accurately.

What are critical results?

Critical results are test findings that indicate a patient requires urgent medical attention. To ensure timely care, hospitals require staff to respond quickly, usually within an hour.

What we've built

Rooster helps hospitals send SMS alerts for critical test results to the right doctors quickly, based on information like staff schedules and medical specialties.

Rooster alerts the right doctors based on staff schedules, medical specialties, and rules configured by hospitals.

Fast and simple acknowledgement

Doctors reply to alerts by sending back a simple SMS with 1, 2, or 3, making it quick and easy for them to respond.

Escalation that ensures follow-up

If a clinician doesn't respond in time, Rooster automatically contacts the next available clinician.
