Helped clinics better understand which vaccines to recommend by implementing clearer statuses in the Vaccine Advisor module
Implemented SMS invitations for Singapore Permanent Residents to get vaccinated for HPV to protect against cervical cancer.
Experimented with a new log in page to better enable adult children and caregivers to book vaccination appointments on behalf of their elderly loved ones. Total conversion rate for appointment booking dropped slightly in this experiment, so we did not proceed with the new variant.
Rebranded “Screen for Life” to “Healthier SG Screening” as Singapore works to promote the importance of preventive care through Healthier SG.

Made all 12 vaccines under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) available for booking
